Model clauses for your collective agreement

  • The parties recognise equal pay for equal work or work of equal value between women and men and commit to using a gender-neutral job evaluation and classification method.
  • The method will assess four key factors (skills, responsibility, effort and working conditions), with documented weights of the factors and, if applicable, subfactors and job roles’ scoring.
  • A joint job evaluation committee will prepare, apply and review the implementation of the gender-neutral job evaluation; new/changed roles will be assessed promptly.
  • Methodology, criteria and results will be transparent and accessible to worker representatives.
  • A review will take place every 24 months or after major organisational changes.
