Assigning levels to jobs in the Bakery

Using the six selected subfactors (knowledge, problem-solving, physical skills, responsibility for people, physical effort and environment), the owner assessed each job one by one. For every subfactor, she wrote short notes to justify the level she chose. This made the process transparent and easier to explain to her team.

Based on the subfactor levels, the total scores for each job role in the small bakery and ranking are as follows.
