I would like to better understand how my role is evaluated and paid. Could you share the criteria used for pay, pay grades and pay progression, and confirm my current job classification and pay grade?
Under the Pay Transparency Directive, I request (1) my current pay grade and (2) the average pay grades, broken down by sex, for workers performing the same work or work of equal value to my role.
