The scope of the provision of interim personnel services to EIGE covers the following: to support EIGE's statutory staff by providing secretarial, assistance and administrative support; to carry out, on a temporary basis, additional tasks to the ordinary ones resulting from specific projects; to cope with peak work periods which require an additional worforce for a fixed period of time;
EIGE seeks to procure services from an experienced, professional and customer-oriented service provider on travel related arragements for its staff and invited experts, across Europe and beyond. The services shall be rendered with reference to EIGE's internal rules and procedures, e.g. EIGE's Mission Guide, rules for reimbursement of experts invited by EIGE and etc.
The purpose of these Specifications is to describe the cleaning services to be provided in the EU House premises located in Vilnius, to be jointly occupied by the European Institutions (the EU<br /> Institutions): the Information Office of the European Parliament (EPIO), the European Commission Representation in Lithuania (ECR), the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE).

- Collection of data and statistics on gender equality for maintenance and update of EIGE’s gender statistics tools and resources
The overall objective of this project is to maintain, develop and update EIGE's gender statistics database and other related services. The contract entails the statistical analysis, validation and processing of data and metadata for dissemination in the fields and functions covered by the current EIGE's gender statistics database.

The study to be carried out under this contract shall broadly focus on improving the collection of comparable data on violence against women in the EU. The study should contribute to the overall goal of having a regular collection of reliable and comparable data on violence against women in all EU Member States, including both prevalence survey data and administrative data.
The general objective of the study is to contribute to the establishment of a systematic collection of quality, reliable and comparable administrative data on violence against women.
