The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) envisages awarding a medium-value framework contract for Medical service provision.
- Lot 1 – Occupational medical advice and other services (outside the annual medical exams)
- Lot 2 – Provision of annual medical examination and related services
Description of the requested services
The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework contract(s) for the provision of medical services to the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) for a maximum period of four years as of December 2019. The estimated FWC value in total EUR 140,000 for both Lots covers the estimated remuneration for the contractor(s), excluding VAT and including all possible renewals.
Description of the procedure
This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of the negotiated procurement procedure through which EIGE may award the above-mentioned contract(s).
All parties interested in providing the services described above should express their interest 400 words maximum, by e-mail, to procurement@eige.europa.eu with the subject reference: FWC EIGE/2019/ADM/03- Lots 1-2 (if the tenderer intends to provide services only for one Lot, it shall be indicated in the email), before 30/08/2019, 11:00 Vilnius time.
Economic operators who do not express their interest before the deadline and to the address above will not be invited to submit an offer. The latter restriction will not apply to the minimum three economic operators directly invited by EIGE.
