The subject matter of the framework contract is to conclude a single framework service contract (FWC) for the provision of professional event organisation services for EIGE (such as experts working group meetings/workshops, Management Board meetings, Experts’ Forum meetings, meetings with journalists, press briefings, conferences, country visits to the EU Member states, information/open days, information visits, team-building events, etc.). In relation to the events, the contractor will be asked to provide a broad range of activities including overall event management, reporting and using various communication channels and tools related to target various audiences.
