By promising to never commit, condone, or remain silent about violence against women, we can bring change. From 25 November until Human Rights Day on 10 December, EIGE will run the ‘16 days of activism against gender-based violence' campaign on its social media channels (Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn / YouTube).

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) and the UN Women Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia and the UNFPA Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office are convening a Joint Regional workshop on Strengthening data systems on Violence Against Women (VAW), which will take place virtually from 7 to 9 December 2020. The workshop is aimed at sharing knowledge, experiences and lessons learned on building synergies on VAW measurements across countries in the region.
