Montenegro will release its second Gender Equality Index. The index was established by the Statistical Office of Montenegro - MONSTAT, in cooperation with EIGE, under the Instrument of Pre-Accession (IPA) and within the defined methodology, using national and European data sources.
The press conference on the occasion of launching the Gender Equality Index is organised jointly with the Montenegro Ministry of human and minority rights. Director Carlien Scheele will join the press conference on behalf of EIGE, together with the Minister of Human and Minority rights Mr. Fatmir Deka and the Director of Statistical Office, also representing the EU Delegation in Montenegro, Mr. Miroslav Pejovic.
