The Commission’s Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025 committed to the establishment of an EU network on the prevention of gender-based violence and domestic violence, which would bring together Member States and stakeholders.
The topic for the first meeting has been chosen as early prevention mechanisms of law enforcement, health and social services, and inter-service coordination and data sharing.
