Description: Dalia joined IPPR in February 2008. Prior to that, she taught social policy at the University of Oxford, held research posts at the LSE, and worked as a consultant and researcher for a specialist practice on the built environment. Dalia holds a PhD in social policy from the University of Oxford. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Melbourne. Dalia also volunteers for her local youth justice team. Her areas of expertise are: families and work, welfare policy, care and caring and early years.
