Confederation of Trade unions in the Slovak Republic

Confederation of trade unions in the Slovak Republic is the biggest representative of employees with the aim to protect their economic, social and cultural rights. It is a key actor in social dialogue in Slovakia and as such it plays important role in discussing and commenting policy initiatives at the national level. In addition, Confederation actively contribute to the reconciliation issues by influencing collective agreements, participating in government committees. In order to fulfil these commitments, Confederation has its own Committee on equal opportunities of men and women.
