Resolution of the Council of Ministers 13/2013
Among other measures to advance gender equality, through this resolution the government pledges to: (i) support collective bargaining initiatives oriented to the prevention of gender discrimination (including the gender pay gap) and foster the reconciliation of work and family; (ii) encourage companies to adopt specific measures to facilitate work family-life balance and make use of the current legal instruments in relation to flexible working time, hours bank and part-time work; (iii) draw up and disseminate an annual report on good practices implemented by companies within the framework of corporate social responsibility.
