International Review of Leave Policies and Research 2013 (Portugal country note)

This short report presents a brief overview of the current legal framework in terms od parental leaves and family policies aimed to promote work-family life balance and to ensure the protection of parental rights. It also provides update data in relation to the taking-up of parental leave, as well as useful bibliographical and research-based resources.
