Women on Boards 2013: second annual review

The second annual report on Lord Davies 2011 'Women on Boards' review reports on the progress made on each of the recommendations put forth in the 2011 review. It also describes the recognition and importance of promoting gender equality on the boards of UK listed companies, and making use of the talents and skills of the whole population. The 2013 report shows that there are now more women in the boardrooms of the UK’s top companies and a growing recognition that this benefits business, the economy and wider society.
