Law of 8 September 2003 on domestic violence in its Article IV created a committee of cooperation between professionals in the field of the fight against violence (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") composed by representatives of state bodies responsible for the implementation of the law on domestic violence, as well as representatives of support services to victims of domestic violence registered. Established by the Grand Ducal Regulation of 24 November 2003, the Committee has a dual mission to centralize and study the statistics produced by the aforementioned bodies and examine the implementation and possible problems of practical application of the law.
