Conditions for disclosing information
If authorities face a suspicion of someone being at the risk of FGM, they have to take action, because FGM is considered an aggravated assault and against the physical freedom of children.
Right or duty to report
Duty to notify: authorities are obliged to make a notification to the child welfare.
