Guideline for Victims of violence

The information brochure, available online, gives several practical information to victims of violence, in particular to victims of domestic violence. It describes different forms of violence, the violence circle and the consequences. It includes also psychological aspects, such as how to handle the own emotions, such as guilt, and adresses also sentitive issues like rape, knowing the perpetrator, psychological elaboration of the violent attac. A focus is given to supporting activities, in order to encourage the victim to seek help. It includes practical information and several addresses, where the victim can get support, such as Info-hotlines, as well as on their rights (legal aspects) in an easy to understandable language.
