The social partners
The negotiation of the tripartite “single national collective AGREEMENT“ which provides a minimum basic framework for employment conditions, an opportunity for tripartite dialogue to address gender issues, negotiated topics, such wages or working time conditions, nondiscriminatory attitudes at the work place. At the Company level , the collective agreement is now an active instrument for promoting gender equality and for incorporating an equality perspective into company policies and content of gender equality policies at the work place: working time, working conditions, payment system and othe financial rights, employment policies, work environment (January 2004).
