The National Institute for Scientifique Research in the field of Labour and Social Protection

In accordance with article 3 in the GD no. 1305/1996 and 1773/21.10.2004 the institute’s main object of activity is to „carry out surveys and research with theoretical-applicative character in fields of national interest regarding the human resources management, social development and social protection in Romania”; INCSMPS is a registered trademark in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property N0 9/2006, in WP1:Management and Quality, in WP2:Preliminary desk research, in WP3: National workshops, in WP4: Critical and qualitative analysis of national best practices and Observatory, in WP5: Awareness raising activity (150 brochures ex. “Working life balance and working time at European, national and local level –Concillation’s systems and best practices of collective bargaining , flyers disseminated etc), in WP6: Final dissemination of reports, research program.
