Programm. Soolise võrdõiguslikkuse edendamine 2011-2013

The programme “Promotion of gender equality 2011-2013” is carried out with the co-financing of European Social Fund, on the basis of priority axis “Good-quality and long working life“ of the Operational Programme for Human Resource Development. The main objective of the programme is the promotion of gender equality and decrease in gender discrimination. The sub-objectives of the programme include the assurance of implementation of legal norms associated with gender equality, awareness raising actions among employers and employees on the issue of gender equality, and reduction of the negative influence of gender stereotypes on men and women.
