Supporting (financially or otherwise) surveys on equality in the media sector
Data from the Union's members are collected and analysed/compared on women working in the media. The results are dissiminated widely and contain assertions such as 'too little' and 'unequal'. Based on the available information an 'equality check' can be made to assess whether women and men are paid equally in relation to their position and role. The results of the study have been disseminated in the media.
