Duty to report
Existence of disciplinary sanctions in case of non-reporting
States civil service disciplinary liability law. Disciplinary punishment:
1) reprimand;
2) decrease of monthly salary, not exceeding 20% and from 3 month till one year
3) demotion pro tempore, but not any longer than 3 years;
4) dismissal from office
5) dismissal from office without the right to apply for a job in qualify for states civil service for one year.
