Guideline on investigation and prosecution in case of child abuse

This guideline detection and prosecution of child abuse, provides instructions for police and public prosecutors for the detection and prosecution of child abuse, including FGM. The instructions contain a code of conduct in cases of child abuse, child neglect or violence against themselves and/or others in their environment The guideline introduces duty to register for police and OM, which will give more insights in nature and magnitude of child abuse
