The European Institute for Gender Equality is planning to award the framework contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The objectives of the contract(s) are:

  • monitor and analyse EIGE’s media and social media activities, analyse the outreach of EIGE’s newsletter (Lot 1)
  • produce videos related to EIGE’s work and further editing existing ones (Lot 2)
  • provide design, production and related services (Lot 3)
  • provide media support services, which include maintaining an updating the media database and organising media events (Lot 4)

The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available at the following TED eTendering website within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
