The European Institute for Gender Equality, the regulatory agency of the European Union, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the publication on Internet, this invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available at the TED eTendering website within 7 days from the publication of this notice.

The subject of this framework contract (FWC) is for:

  • Lot 1 - Gender-sensitive language review in Central and northern Europe languages: Danish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian and Irish.
  • Lot 2 - Gender-sensitive language review in Eastern Europe languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Polish, Slovak, Slovene, Latvian and Lithuanian.
  • Lot 3 - Gender-sensitive language review in Western and southern Europe languages: French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Greek and Maltese.

The overall objective is to ensure that EIGE’s publications and/or website texts are gender-sensitive, clear, easy to read and engaging for policy makers and non-expert audiences, in all official EU languages other than English.
