Justice
Justice is a fundamental human right and an umbrella term bridging together such areas as gender equality, anti-discrimination and civil justice. In reality, discrimination and crime within the European Union are deeply gendered. Women and men continue to experience these phenomena differently; a gender-sensitive justice is a way to address problems like the under-reporting of gender-based violence.
