EIGE launches this call for tender with a goal to conclude a framework contract with a professional company capable of providing services related to cleaning the premises and removing waste material from them at the EU house in Vilnius.

Note: EIGE is using eTendering platform for managing this call for tender, which consists of the publication of procurement documents and the management of questions and answers concerning the specifications and the procedure.

SITE-VISIT TO EIGE’s OFFICES

The EU Institutions are organising a site visit in its premises and an information session with the possibility for the participants to raise questions about the technical specifications for up to one hour at 11 a.m. Vilnius time on Friday, 17 January , 2020.

The costs incurred in attending shall be borne by the tenderer.

One representative per tender can attend the information session. For organisational and security reasons, the tenderer must provide the full name and ID or passport number of the representative at least 1 working day in advance to: procurement@eige.europa.eu

The representative will be required to sign an attendance sheet. The contracting authority reserves the right to refuse access to its premises if the above information or the tender reception confirmation are not provided as required.
