The second full term of the Director of the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) Virginija Langbakk will come to an end in 2019. A vacancy for the new Director has been published on the European Commission's website. The Director is the legal representative and public face of EIGE, and will lead and manage EIGE and take overall responsibility for its operations ensuring the achievement of EIGE's objectives.
