The Vienna 2014 Women’s Leadership Summit "EMPOWERING WOMEN FOR LEADERSHIP" has the aim to develop support mechanisms for females in the Paralympic movement in Europe.The Women’s Leadership Summit targets athletes, coaches, officials and future leaders, and includes presentations, good practices and workshops around leadership and skills development for women involved in the Paralympic movement.
