EIGE organises an online testing session with employers on the draft step-by-step toolkit for gender-neutral job evaluation and classification. The session seeks employer feedback to ensure the toolkit addresses real-world challenges and supports organisations in identifying and eliminating gender bias in job evaluation.

The toolkit updates the existing EU-wide guidelines on gender-neutral job evaluation. It is developed in the framework of the Pay Transparency Directive (Directive 2023/970), which requires employers to base pay structures on transparent, objective and gender-neutral criteria.
