Within the Task Force for setting up the data collection in line with the Directive (EU) 2024/1385 on combating violence against women and domestic violence, two thematic working subgroups come together: Indicators & Standards and Support Services Indicators.

Bringing together experts on administrative data from national statistical offices, police and justice authorities, and social services data providers—alongside EU-level and international organizations such as Eurostat, WAVE and WHO, they take stock of progress on the indicator framework that will underpin regular, comparable reporting under the Directive.

Under the supervision of Barbora Holubova, the meeting also spotlights victims’ support services, focusing on converging data-collection practices and agreeing on key variables to set standardized indicators.
