EIGE is organizing a Task Force meeting on the implementation of Article 44 of Directive (EU) 2024/1385 in Vilnius. The meeting will support the development of harmonized EU-level administrative data indicators on violence against women and domestic violence. Discussions will focus on police and justice indicators, cyber violence, femicide, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, and support services. Participants will also review options for age breakdowns, ICCS-related challenges, and indicators on helplines and shelters. The meeting will bring together Member States, data providers, statistical experts, and EU-level and international organizations.
