International Conference on Women's Communication Rights in the Digital Era

EIGE’s Gender-Based Violence Researcher, Monica Barbovschi, presents the institute’s work on tackling cyber violence against women and measuring forms of online gender-based violence at the international conference: 'Women’s Communication Rights in the Digital Era: the Beijing Platform for Action 30 Years on.' 

Co-organised by NOVA University Lisbon, Lusófona University, and ECREA's Gender, Sexuality and Communication Section, the event explores both persistent and emerging gender equality challenges in media in the digital age.
