EIGE’s Brussels Liaison Officer Sarah Cooke O’Dowd attends the European Commission’s Advisory Committee on Equal Opportunities between Women and Men on 8 December in Brussels. Through her participation, EIGE contributes expert knowledge on gender equality, supports discussions on recent EU developments, and provides guidance on Gender Mainstreaming in the post-2027 MFF.
Sarah also presents EIGE’s insights on the feminisation of poverty and on men and boys, and helps shape upcoming priorities for the EU Presidencies.
