This update of the EU-wide guidelines is developed by the European Institute for Gender Equality and the European Commission, in the context of Article 4 of the EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970. The updated guidelines are structured as a practical step-by-step toolkit on gender-neutral job evaluation and classification.
