Survey of Gender Gaps in Unpaid Care, Individual and Social Activities (CARE) 2nd wave

In 2024, EIGE launches a second wave of its EU wide survey on Survey of Gender Gaps in Unpaid Care, Individual and Social Activities (CARE). The survey explores the following main topics: informal long-term care, informal childcare, housework, leisure and volunteering.

The survey is implemented in all EU Member States and informs EU policy developments, monitoring and debates around the European Care Strategy and the EU gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025.
