Practical guidance and tools on gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems

At the request of the European Commission, EIGE is updating the EU-wide guidelines on gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems. This updated evidence-based step-by-step guidance aligns with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive 2023/970) and supports employers to ensure equal pay for same work or work of equal value between women and men. The resources are available in spring 2026.
