The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), is planning to award the framework contract resulting from the above procurement procedure.
EIGE launches this call for tender with the objective to conclude a single framework service contract (FWC) for the provision of professional event organisation services for EIGE (such as experts’ working group meetings/workshops, Management Board meetings, Experts’ Forum meetings, meetings with journalists, press briefings, conferences, country visits to the EU Member states, information/open days, team-building events, etc.). Events will be organised in various formats, such as virtual, hybrid and physical.
The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft framework contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available at the following TED eTendering website within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
