Description of the contract:

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) envisages awarding a low-value contract for monitoring and database services related to EIGE’s activities.

Descripition of the requested services:

  1. a quantitative and qualitative media monitoring, analysis and reporting on EU level for 4 events organised by EIGE at the end of 2016;
  2. a comparative study on existing online monitoring tools of interest to EIGE and recommendations;
  3. an update of EIGE’s EU and Member States’ media database.

Description of the procedure:

This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of the negotiated procurement procedure through which EIGE may award the above-mentioned contract. All parties interested in providing the services described above should express their interest 400 words maximum, by e-mail, to procurement@eige.europa.eu with the subject reference: EIGE/2016/OPER/12, before 27/10/2016, 12:00 Vilnius time.

This publication constitutes no obligation for EIGE to launch the mentioned procurement procedure.
