The purpose of this tender is the design and implementation of the portal for electronic European Network on Gender Equality.
Specific objectives:
- Design of the portal based on it’s primary function as a communication hub and the provided technical specifications
- Creation of the portal according to the design
- Provision of training to the persons in charge.
Tenderers have to propose general design and layout of the portal in their offers. There should be included basic graphics and description of functionality providing enough details to evaluate the proposal according to the criteria provided in these specifications.
