The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of interim staff services for EIGE.
EIGE will need interim staff services as partial replacement or partial complement to its statutory staff in its Headquarters in Vilnius (Lithuania) in the following situations:
- direct or indirect replacement of a staff member absent or temporarily prevented from working due to being on sick leave, special leave, parental leave, or unpaid leave, or due to working part-time;
- execution of an occasional task or of a determined service, precisely defined, and not long-lasting;
- to cope with peak periods which require additional workforce for a limited period of time.
Interim staff engaged under the contract to be awarded following this procurement procedure is not and should not be understood as EIGE staff. The interim staff remains staff of the Contractor, and the Contractor will be obliged to engage interim staff in line with the applicable local labour laws.
