In relation to our recent post regarding the new tender for ‘Provision of Cleaning Services for Europe House in Vilnius’. EIGE is organising an open day which will include a general site visit of some of the tender’s premises and summary of administrative documentation as per the technical specifications. In order to participate please send an email procurement@eige.europa.eu stating your name, position and company represented. The visit will take place on the 19th of July 2024, at 09:30 Vilnius time.
Please be informed that participation in this event is not mandatory in order to submit a tender offer. Moreover, in order to respect the procurement principle of equal treatment we remind that all questions regarding the tender shall be submitted through the Funding & Tenders portal. All data processing is governed by EIGE’s data protection notice regarding building access.
