EIGE launches this call for tender with a goal to conclude a framework service contract for provision of cleaning services. The purpose of the technical specifications is to describe the cleaning services to be provided in the Europe House, in Vilnius jointly occupied by the European Institutions (the EU Institutions)

- the European Commission Representation in Lithuania (ECR)
The EU Institutions seek to procure services of an experienced and professional cleaning services provider for the joint premises of the Europe House in Vilnius. The tender will result in a framework service contract signed by EIGE on behalf of all the EU Institutions concluded with a single provider for a maximum duration of one year, with possible renewal up to three times.
The main services required under this contract relate to the work of cleaning (incl. disinfection of most commonly touchable areas e.g. door handles, light switches, lift control panels and surfaces in elevators) on the premises of the Europe House in Vilnius and removing waste materials from them.
