The thematic conference on 15 February 11:00, organised by UN Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Agency for Gender Equality of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will present the "Women and Men in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021" publication.

The event will gather ministers, project partners, representatives of gender equality, statistical and European integration institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as representatives from the international community to discuss the latest data on the current status of women and men in the country. 

The Director of the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), Carlien Scheele, will deliver a video message to stress the importance of gender equality statistics in policymaking. This year also marks the 10th year anniversary of EIGE's cooperation with the EU candidate countries and potential candidates in Western Balkans and Turkey.
