ITCILO workshop on Pay Equity and Key Equality Conventions aims to familiarize stakeholders (staff from governments, parliamentarians, employers/ the private sector, trade unions, civil society and other relevant partners) with pay equity frameworks, job evaluation and a step-by-step programme to promote pay equity with a social dialogue approach.

The workshop is led by Lisa Wong, senior specialist in the ILO’s Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work Branch in Geneva who conceived the vision for the ILO/UN-Women and /OECD led Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC), which was launched in New York at the UN General Assembly on 18 September 2017.
