The second edition of the European Employment and Social Rights Forum is taking place on 16 and 17 November 2023 in Brussels with a focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on the world of work.

EIGE's Researcher Vytautas Peciukonis​​​​​​ is participating in a panel debate on the topic ‘2023 Employment and Social Developments in Europe – Focus on Skills gaps, working conditions, and gender segregation as drivers of labour shortages".

The focus of the session is on the impact of the twin transition and ageing population on labour shortages and the skills needs in occupations and sectors experiencing shortages. The role of working conditions and policies to improve them are to be closely examined.
