In this workshop we will analyze types of discrimination and barriers to Inclusiveness and the negative impact in organizations and society at large.

We will, as well, look at ways and processes to build an inclusive organization through relevant policymaking and new approaches such as the Deep Democracy and organizational assessment methods helpful for anyone working in diverse cultural environment.

This course is particularly relevant for leaders and managers at all levels in the public sector, in aid organizations, UN institutions and European institutions, in the private or non profit sectors.
