Εθνικό Σχέδιο Δράσης για την Ισότητα Ανδρών και Γυναικών 2007-2013

The Action Plan is a comprehensive policy document mapping the national gender equality strategy for Cyprus for the period 2007-2013 and proposing a series of measures to be implemented, matching them with stakeholders in the filed of gender equality. The main objectives are: 1. Promotion of gender equality in employment and vocational training; 2. Promotion of gender equality in education, science and research; 3.Promotion of equal participation and representation in political, social and economic life; 4.Combating all forms of violence against women, including trafficking; 5.Promotion of equal access to social rights; and 6.Change of social stereotypes.
