Determinants of work-family policies in postcommunist countries
Dejavniki politik usklajevanja plačanega dela in družinskih obveznosti v posocialističnih državah
The dissertation explores the development of work-family policies in three postcommunist countries, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Slovenia. The dissertation point to essential differences in the development of work-family policies in particular postcommunist countries, as well as to the fact that these development paths have been determined by simultaneous effects of socio-economic, political and cultural factors specific for each country.
