Handbook on Communications

The fist manual published in Bulgaria, dedicated especially to communication on gender equality policies and topics. It was developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social policy and a consortium of Dutch gender NGOs (E-Quality and others) under the MATRA program. The manual is addressed to PR experts at ministries and other relevant public bodies, providing them with key concepts, knowledge and skills on covering gender topics.
